Remotly QuickSupport is an ultra‑secure tool to support your customers — deploy software, train users, resolve issues and deliver technical support without asking anyone to register or install anything.
Key features
- No login required: end users simply download and run the application you provide.
- Strong encryption: 14-character connection codes with RSA-4096 and AES-256 end‑to‑end encryption.
- Branding: customize the module with your company logo, colors and text.
- Access control: only licensed users from your organization can connect.
- Device management: edit names, group devices and control access in the admin panel.
- Private relay servers: add your own for GDPR compliance and extra security.
- User protection: administrative operations are unavailable and the technician never gets full system control.
- Legacy support: works on machines still running Windows 7.
Step‑by‑step deployment
- Request a commercial trial license through the contact form.
- Sign in to the admin panel, customize the interface and download your branded QuickSupport.
- Rename the RemotlyQS.exe file with the organization code shown in the admin panel. Verify the name carefully and avoid duplicate file extensions.
- Distribute RemotlyQS_<code>.exe to your end users from your website or embed it in your own software. Users run it without registration.
- The application shows a connection screen where the user can change the language, select monitors, control clipboard sharing and authorize incoming connections. A yellow frame indicates active remote control.
- Ask the end user for the connection code and connect using the regular Remotly client for Windows, macOS, iOS or Android.
- Save codes as devices with aliases in your user panel and create device groups in the admin panel so the whole team can find them.
- Manage admin privileges and user licenses in the admin panel; control device visibility per technician with the eye‑icon toggles.
- Use the filter and grouping options in the Remotly main interface to select the device you want to support.
During a session
Technicians can copy and paste files, record the stream, talk over voice chat and draw on the customer's screen. Every session requires the customer's consent and can be ended by them at any time.
