Pricing questions
How is the Support plan billed?
You pay a small monthly fee per technician, which includes 2 hours of connection time per user per month, plus a per‑hour rate for connection time above the included hours. For a team of 10 technicians the plan includes 20 support hours per month.
Can I mix plans in one organization?
Yes. Licenses are assigned per user in the admin panel, so administrators can hold Admin licenses while helpdesk agents use Support licenses.
What happens after the trial ends?
Your account automatically switches to the Free plan. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe to a business or personal plan.
Is the private relay server included?
Yes. Self‑hosting a relay server is free on every business plan; Pro includes one relay, Admin, Support and Ultra‑High Quality allow an unlimited number.
Do you offer volume or enterprise pricing?
Yes. For larger deployments, custom contracts or public‑sector procurement, contact our sales team.
